It's a self protection. We have a list in the criminal law that says it is no guilty. Therefore, I think there must have something wrong in their radio. However, this is not the most important point in their radio. Should capital punishment exist? In the radio, many people oppose to let capital punishment exist. However, is it really work to prevent the crime? No, it's not. Moreover, sometimes, it's may urge the crime. Consequently, I think it's need to keep on using capital punishment. You can use capital punishment. However, you cannot use it too strict. Take the boy in this radio for example, his guilty is not enough to use the death penalty. It's not serious enough to use death penalty. Also, on the other side, his mother has already lost her husbend. She lost her son again now. It's too cruel. In conclusion, to solve this problem is everyone to be honest. We will not use capital punisment anymore and we will have a wonderful world.
